IASA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to safeguarding the rights, promoting the dignity, empowering Immigrants through literacy and providing social services for minorities, particularly low-income senior immigrants. IASA does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, or ethnic background. Our mission is rooted in a shared understanding of justice, with an emphasis on supporting the disadvantaged, including seniors, widows, orphans, and those who are alien to the community.

OUR MISSION
The mission of IASA is to provide advocacy, resources, and services that will uplift the dignity of senior immigrants, helping them to navigate legal, social, and economic challenges. IASA seeks to promote social justice by addressing the needs of newcomers and ensuring they receive equitable treatment and opportunities.
Membership
Eligibility
Membership is open to any individual who supports the mission and goals of IASA. Members must be committed to the principles of nondiscrimination, social justice, and advocacy for marginalized communities.
Membership Dues
The Board of Directors shall determine membership dues. In cases where individuals cannot afford dues, the board may provide a waiver based on financial need.
Rights and Responsibilities
All members shall have the right to participate in IASA activities, vote on organizational matters, and serve on committees. Members are expected to uphold IASA’s mission and contribute actively to its success.
